Chris was one of the first serving prisoners to be offered a place at University whilst in an open jail and is currently studying for a BA in Psychology at Cardiff Metropolitan University. He has also been employed as a project worker for the POBL group, working with ex-offenders with substance misuse issues. He is an awardee of the Hardman Trust and a scholar for the Longford Trust. Both Trusts are leading charities that support ex-offenders.

More recently Chris became a director of Inside Out Support Wales, a successful social enterprise which assists ex-offenders in accessing employment, self-employment, education, training and with improving their health and wellbeing.

Following a successful career in the motor industry and construction services Andrew has for the last 38 years run his own management consultancy business, specialising in business and organisational development. His first degree is in Economics from Manchester University and he has an MBA from the London Business School. In recent years he has held Non-Executive Director roles within the NHS and with Social Housing Providers and since 2012 has been the Independent Chair of Telford and Wrekin Children and Adults Safeguarding Boards. He is also the Non-Executive Chairman of Matrix Capital Limited, an award-winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners who last year received a Special Award for Community Service from the Personal Finance Society for their work on raising awareness of financial abuse and in supporting its victims.
